About the Role NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. The Respiratory Therapist PRN will deliver direct respiratory care under the supervision of the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor at the Children’s Recovery Center in Reno, NV, collaborating with nurses, physicians and other team members to assess needs and improve patient outcomes. What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care respiratory services as assigned.
- Set up, adjust and monitor patients on continuous mechanical ventilation, maintain airway patency, manage tracheostomies, monitor cuff pressures, and verify ventilator settings and oxygen delivery; wean patients from ventilation as indicated.
