About the Role NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide pediatric respiratory care at the Children's Recovery Center in Gilroy, CA. This per diem role focuses on planning, implementing, and evaluating respiratory care and collaborating with the health-care team to support patients with complex conditions. What You'll Do
- Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory care provided at the Children’s Recovery Center.
- Provide direct patient care respiratory services as assigned.
- Set up, adjust, and manage patients on continuous mechanical ventilation, including maintenance of airway patency, suctioning, stabilizing trach tubes, monitoring cuff pressures, and ensuring ventilators deliver appropriate volume, mode of ventilation, pressures, respiratory rates, and FiO2.
