Propósito y posición en la organización La figura del Residente de Obra Civil es asegurar que la realización de obra de cada vivienda sea realizada conforme a las especificaciones y calidad solicitada. Se encarga de la supervisión de los procesos de obra, desde trazo hasta loza de azotea. Coordinar las actividades y logística del proyecto asignado.
Responsabilidades clave Crecimiento Correcto funcionamiento y equipamiento de la vivienda detectando y eliminando cualquier tipo de falla en: tiempo, calidad, costo, seguridad y satisfacción del cliente. Entrega Reconocer los elementos que componen las bitácoras para agilizar su uso en las revisiones de rutina. Supervisar y Comprender protocolo de servicio a clientes.
