About the Role A full-time research technician is needed to join the Translational Immunogenomics Lab (TIGL) at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The role focuses on applying genomic technologies to assess immune responses to cancer and therapy, with current emphasis on discovering patient-specific neoantigens and supporting neoantigen immunization strategies. What You'll Do
- Prepare and sequence libraries from single-cell and bulk RNA
- Prepare and sequence libraries that combine analysis of DNA, RNA, and/or protein
- Perform single-cell qPCR assays for RNA expression, genotyping, and splicing variants
- Generate plasmid constructs for mammalian expression
- Prepare reagents and media used in lab experiments
- Operate and maintain lab equipment
- Training is available in all procedures; some experience in the above techniques is preferred. What We're Looking For
