Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Research & Residency Associate to support clinical research activity and the coordination of our medical residency programme.
- The successful candidate will work with clinicians, researchers, residents, and administrative teams to help deliver high-quality research and an excellent training experience for resident doctors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of clinical research studies, including maintaining study records, preparing documentation, tracking timelines, and assisting with ethics and governance submissions.
- Conduct literature reviews and prepare clear research summaries, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
