About this role
About the Role The Research Operations Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of Moniepoint's Customer Research function, supporting embedded researchers, team leads, and research specialists across all product org units. You will own and build the infrastructure that enables the research function to operate at pace—panel management, session coordination, incentive fulfilment, tooling administration, and data governance. This new role is formed as part of a deliberate restructure of the Customer Research function, and you will be building the operational infrastructure from scratch. The quality of what you build will determine how effectively the function serves Moniepoint's product teams and customers; without this role functioning well, researchers cannot deliver on their commitments to the product teams they serve.
