About the Role
The School of Nursing at Columbia University seeks five full-time Research Associates to support a pending NIH-funded study evaluating a sleep intervention for NYC high school students. The role is primarily in-person across NYC schools and campus offices, with travel between the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens; some nights/weekends may be required. A bachelor's degree and experience with youth are required.
What You'll Do
- Screen and recruit adolescents and their caregivers
- Deliver intervention group sessions with adolescents
- Interview students and caregivers by in-person, phone or Zoom
- Conduct literature searches
- Photocopy study materials
- Enter data
- Perform other tasks as needed
- Opportunities to assist on manuscripts and presentations/posters
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience
