You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair 3G/4G/5G devices at both component and board levels while collaborating with technicians and engineering teams to resolve complex issues. Your expertise in testing, quality standards, and adherence to service level agreements will help maintain high-quality repair operations. You’ll document results and drive continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to efficient repair center operations and supporting our commitment to delivering reliable telecommunications solutions to our customers.
