Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive Release Manager responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing the release of software and infrastructure changes across environments. This role ensures that new releases are delivered efficiently, with minimal risk and disruption, while aligning with business objectives and ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continually improve Release Management process performance
- Oversee inclusion of authorized changes into a Release and then oversee Release build, test and deployment
- Establish and manage procedures for every phase of Release scoping, build, test, deployment, rollback, ELS, review and closure
