Job title: Relationship Officer - Analyst
Job Purpose Statement
This role will be responsible for technical reference point between LAC and its various partners including Brokers, Direct and other Business Channels especially large customer accounts and possible loss/impact on the company if an error occurs. More so, would be expected to deliver new accounts (number in line with KPI of the team) and min. of 85% of renewals on all existing accounts. The scope of cover includes General Business and Group Life.
