About the Role Registered Nurse at NeuroRestorative, Sevita, a CLHF facility in La Mesa, CA, provides rehabilitation services and nursing care for residents with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries. You will conduct assessments, implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and play a key role in coordinating care across physicians and external partners at a 15-bed facility staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN and 3 CNAs per shift. What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and monitor patients’ conditions.
- Provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training of staff to ensure extraordinary care.
- Collaborate with teams of physicians and external medical centers to prioritize patient outcomes.
- Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to meet biological, physical, and behavioral needs.
