About the Role The Registered Nurse (RN) 2 provides nursing care for a defined patient population within a department/unit, managing simple to complex multi-system conditions in a safe, therapeutic environment. The RN applies knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan, assesses data reflecting the patient's status and interprets information to identify age-specific needs, collaborating with patients, families, and the care team while adhering to standards and protocols. The RN may supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants and unlicensed personnel and reports to the Director and/or Nurse Manager.
