- Provide direct patient care in accordance with ANA standards and Michigan regulations.
- Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) to guide care and documentation.
- Develop and update individualized care plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families to facilitate discharge and self-care.
