About the Role Join Corewell Health as a full-time Registered Nurse on the 4G Med-Surg unit at Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. Provide compassionate inpatient care to medical and surgical patients, including digestive diseases and bariatric surgery cases, while adhering to ANA standards and the nursing process. What You'll Do
- Deliver nursing care per ANA standards and Michigan state regulations.
- Conduct assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, safe patient care and family education.
- Uphold the standards of professional performance (ethical practice, cultural congruence, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality practice).
- Document accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
