About the Role 3E/G is a unique team structure at Blodgett Hospital composed of two separate units but one team. The RN will deliver nursing care on Med/Surg/Orthopedic units, contributing to one of the nation’s largest Joint Replacement programs, serving on average 2,800 patients per year. The role supports high-quality care in a setting with 248 private inpatient rooms. What You'll Do
- Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably as described by the ANA and per Michigan law; apply the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Uphold ANA standards of professional performance including ethical practice, cultural congruence, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality improvement, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization and environmental health.
