About the Role 3E/G at Blodgett Hospital combines two units into one nursing team. 3E is a 24-bed Med/Surg unit with some Medical Orthopedic patients; 3G is a 22-bed Orthopedic unit primarily serving Total Joint Replacement patients. The team works across both units and supports a large Joint Replacement program, with Joint Commission certification. What You'll Do
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with the American Nurses Association standards and Michigan laws, using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Uphold ethical, culturally congruent practice; demonstrate effective communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality/performance improvement, and patient and environmental health.
