About the Role The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department-Night at Skokie Hospital provides comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations during the night shift. Oversees unlicensed staff and collaborates within a Magnet-designated nursing environment. What You'll Do
- Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the ED.
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
- Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
- Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
- Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
