About the Role The role reports to the Senior Manager, Regional Vehicle Distribution and is responsible for all analytical and administrative tasks related to the regional vehicle distribution. It involves managing fleets, coordinating documentation, and using SAP and fleet systems to support operations. What You'll Do
- Manage regional company vehicle fleets (pool cars, demos, marketing, lease, and affiliate vehicles).
- Order, allocate, group, distribute, and maintain fleet inventory; coordinate vehicle maintenance; monitor mileage; oversee disposal and replacement.
- Administer vehicle documentation (invoices, Certificates of Origin, purchase agreements, lease paperwork, registrations, titles).
- Process vehicle requests and allocations for corporate events; approve lease assignments and special vehicle allocations.
