- Ensure profitable business in the industrial market of the assigned subregion and drive to achieve budget and KPIs.
- Lead organization structure, review business results, implement changes, align with central functions and cross-regional teams.
- Define and implement product portfolio requirements and develop a long-term sustainable strategy (distribution channels, customer groups, product mix).
- Develop and implement industrial strategy and budgets aligned with governance guidelines; responsible for customer acquisition and commercial negotiations.
