Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for someone who will drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure the successful promotion and distribution of pharmaceutical products with the objective of increasing market share of Dr. Reddy's products in region and maintain cordial relationships with key opinion leaders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to prepare and analyse monthly and annual sales data for each product and territory. Adjust and allocate targets to regions and sales representatives based on feasibility.
- You will be responsible to review and analyse the performance of the sales team. Participate in strategic discussions during regional sales meetings and cycle meetings conducted by Product Management Team.
