About this role
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow regional sales operations in Port Harcourt, driving targets through team leadership, channel management, and market development.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Lead and manage sales teams.
- Build relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
- Identify business opportunities and monitor market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years' sales experience with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience managing regional sales operations and dealer networks.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
