About the Role PalmPay is seeking an experienced Regional Risk Manager to lead the credit risk team for a region in the Philippines. You will bridge headquarters and frontline business, ensure accurate implementation of credit policies with localized adjustments, manage regional credit assessment, monitor portfolio quality, and own delinquency and charge-off rates in your region. What You'll Do
- Regional Credit Management: Oversee the credit approval process for mobile phone installment businesses in the region, make final approval decisions within HQ authority, monitor asset portfolio quality, generate regional risk reports, and propose differentiated credit policy recommendations to headquarters based on regional customer segments.
