About the Role Lead the regional credit risk team in the Philippines, bridging headquarters and front-line business. You will implement credit policies with regional adjustments and own portfolio quality, delinquency, and charge-off metrics for the region. What You'll Do
- Oversee the credit approval process for mobile phone installment businesses in the region, making final approval decisions within the authority delegated by headquarters.
- Monitor the quality of the regional asset portfolio, regularly generate regional risk reports, and identify early warning signals.
- Propose differentiated credit policy recommendations to headquarters based on regional customer segment characteristics.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of front-line credit officers and field verification teams in the region.
