Recruiting the Regional Payroll Lead, EMEA for IFF's Food Ingredients business as it transitions to a standalone organization. This role leads the execution, implementation, and stabilization of payroll operations across Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, ensuring payroll readiness, implementation success, operational compliance, and service delivery excellence across multiple countries. Working closely with ADP, TMF, local payroll teams, and key regional stakeholders, this leader will oversee payroll delivery, vendor performance, compliance, controls, and issue resolution while supporting the successful stand-up of a new global payroll organization.
