Overview
Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of facilities across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The role is part of the company's Global Real Estate, Facilities Management (FM), and Workplace Transformation organization and focuses on driving facilities management and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) transformation.
The objective is to improve operational excellence, sustainability (ESG), workplace experience, and cost efficiency while partnering with internal business units and external service providers.

- Develop and implement a regional 3-year FM and MRO strategy.
- Align facilities initiatives with manufacturing plant needs and sourcing strategies.
- Help shape the company's global facilities management strategy.
