About the Role The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to Regional Aftersales Operations departments. This role contributes to the day-to-day execution of Aftersales operations, fixed operations, and warranty & consumer affairs initiatives. What You'll Do
- Prepare, update, and distribute reports and presentations for DPSMs, Regional Leadership, Dealers, and National teams to support strategies, assigned tasks, and management initiatives.
- Build and conduct aftersales analyses; summarize findings for management and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of regional programs.
- Support administration of the VOR process to improve Hyundai owner retention and reduce buybacks caused by parts or repair delays.
