About the Role Nova Bus seeks a Technical Writer to create and maintain the parts catalog for vehicle maintenance and repair, collaborating with various services and suppliers to gather necessary information. What You'll Do
- Write service bulletins, campaign procedures, repair instructions, technical notices, installation guides, etc.
- Produce clear, precise, structured documentation compliant with internal standards.
- Adapt drawings and illustrations for publication to aid user understanding.
- Adjust documentation based on test/technician feedback.
- Research relevant documents in collaboration with company departments.
- Verify, add, and correct documents.
- Provide technical support to service representatives, order-taking staff, and logistics to facilitate parts sales and vehicle repairs.
- Interpret data from engineering, quality control, warranty, or product teams.
