Recruitment Specialist
Your mission As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers, HR, and the Talent Acquisition Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice and guidance.
- Create inclusive adverts and advertise in relevant job portals, channels and social media
- Competence-based interviews, verify references and candidate evaluations
- Contributing to the continuous development of recruitment processes, tools and ways of working to attract top talent
