Job Description We are looking for a dedicated, self-driven and proactive individual to grow the Flix team. You will be supporting with growth of the studio by providing an exceptionally positive candidate journey for all Flix applicants, from resourcing candidates and initial contact all the way through to onboarding successful hires. You will be responsible for recruiting across all our disciplines, maintaining and updating the recruitment pipeline for current and future potential hires, as well as suggesting and implementing new and innovative improvements to our recruitment practices. What you will do: Champion the entire candidate journey from initial contact all the way through to onboarding. Create open role advertisements, collaborating with the relevant development team to create and update job descriptions for both internal and external use.
