About the Role The Recruiter I at Conduent is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for roles across all levels. This role supports end-to-end recruitment by posting ads, engaging employment agencies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with policies and EEO reporting. What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for all job levels.
- May utilize employment agencies.
- Place employment ads in digital and print media.
- Maintain accurate and concise records.
- Report concerns at any phase of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
