About the Role Cielo's Recruiter drives service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acts as a brand ambassador, and provides consultative direction and market expertise to hiring leaders to secure top talent. The role combines sourcing, engagement, assessment, and offer guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience and strong talent pipelines. What You'll Do
- Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications, gather market data, and determine search approach.
- Review applicants in the ATS, evaluate qualifications, and determine candidate progression.
- Develop and manage sourcing/marketing plans; source candidates via databases, search engines, networking, and referrals; utilize Cielo’s software for mobile/email campaigns.
- Engage candidates using a mix of media; articulate value proposition and prepare candidates for interviews.
