About the Role
As a Recruiter at Cielo, you will act as a brand ambassador and drive service excellence across the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will deliver proactive communication, partner with hiring leaders, and leverage sourcing strategies and technology to attract and place top talent for clients. What You'll Do
- Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader to determine position specifications, providing market data and recommendations on search approaches
- Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and evaluate qualifications against position requirements
- Develop and manage recruitment/sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources
- Source candidates via resume databases, search engines and networking sites using Boolean search language
- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and internal referrals
