Summary
- We are currently seeking to employ a suitably qualified Recruiter who will assist in the development and implementation of our recruiting strategies and processes while working closely with our management team.
Duties
- Work closely with the managing consultant to Develop, implement, and manage the firm’s business development and client services plan
- Develop new Human resources products in all areas of Recruitment and Outsourcing Consulting
- Develop Recruitment proposals for new and existing customers
- Identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients, prospect for potential leads, uncover needs within those prospects, and qualify those leads for the wider team at the company.
