El puesto es responsable de brindar un excelente servicio de atención a clientes y asesores de venta. Gestiona el conmutador y coordina procesos operativos para el servicio de equipos, con foco en la satisfacción del cliente y la eficiencia operativa.
Manejar el conmutador, atendiendo llamadas telefónicas de clientes y asesores de ventas. Coordinar la entrega, recepción y generación de órdenes de trabajo para equipos sujetos a servicio. Elaborar reportes periódicos a la gerencia y brindar apoyo en la realización de inventarios para el control y gestión de materiales.
