About this role
About the Role The Real Estate Controller will lead the accounting, administration and reporting for AIG's global real estate lease portfolio and related activities, reporting to the Real Estate CFO. This role owns real estate capitalization projects, expense allocation, occupancy budgeting, and the development of robust controls and analytics to support the real estate strategy. What You'll Do
- Own accounting, administration and reporting of the global lease and real estate portfolio
- Manage real estate capital projects accounting
- Oversee real estate expense allocation and occupancy budgeting
- Provide business case support to the real estate strategy team
- Ensure quality, integrity, and timeliness of real estate expense reporting for the real estate entities
- Partner with GOE FP&A to deliver real estate analytics
