About this role
About the Role As part of Suez's re-use initiative, you will oversee the smooth operation of the Re-use Shop and lead the team responsible for the shop, e-sales, events and workshops. You will ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, drive customer service excellence, and promote sustainable reuse. What You'll Do
- Ensure the smooth operation of the shop and adherence to the ReActon Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
- Train, supervise and manage shop assistants and other staff; coordinate line management for E-Sales Supervisor and Retail Assistants
- Oversee re-use hub, shop, e-sales, events and workshops; manage security of cash, stock and premises
- Promote the hub via social media and other channels; maintain up-to-date social content
- Manage stock displays, pricing and store communications; develop sales channels (e.g., auctions for valuable items)
