R&D Engineer
Lead the technical execution of Electrification Solutions (EES) R&D projects in Nanjing, with a focus on electrical infrastructure, electrification systems, and ventilation solutions. Act as a key technical contributor and coordinator to ensure alignment with global R&D standards and support both global programs and regional project delivery.
Main Accountabilities
Technical Leadership Lead design and development of: Electrical infrastructure systems (power distribution, MCC, substations) Electrification systems (BESS, EV charging, power electronics) Ventilation systems (fans, motors, VFDs) Ensure compliance with Epiroc engineering standards and applicable regulations Review and validate engineering designs, documents, and technical solutions
Project Delivery Execute R&D and customer projects within: Scope, timeline, cost, and quality targets
