Safety & Facility Responsibilities

Complete regular rounds, safety checks, and building walkthroughs throughout the night.

Monitor cameras (if applicable) and respond to unusual activities promptly.

Follow program emergency procedures and report incidents immediately.

Ensure common areas are clean, organized, and client-ready for the morning.

Assist with medication storage/lockbox procedures as allowed by policy (no dispensing).

Case Management Assistance

Assist case managers with collecting, organizing, and filing client documentation (intake forms, progress notes, attendance sheets, etc.).

Support residents in completing simple forms or preparing information needed for their case manager.
