About the Role This role reports to the Head of Research Community Engagement and is responsible for coordinating cross-journal processes to support recruitment and engagement of editors and editorial board members across Sage's Gold Open Access journal portfolio.
The position is based in Beijing or Shanghai and focuses on executing recruitment campaigns and coordinating communications that build strong editorial relationships and journal engagement. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and execute cross-journal processes to support editor and board member recruitment and engagement across our Gold Open Access journal portfolio.
- Send recruitment campaigns to potential new board members identified by the Research Community Engagement Associate or Journal Managers.
- Coordinate the distribution of quarterly newsletters to editorial boards to build and maintain journal engagement.
