About the Role The Rare Diseases Marketing Associate supports the development and implementation of brand strategies, provides market analysis and commercial insights, and coordinates promotional initiatives to drive business growth and strengthen the positioning of Amgen therapies. Working closely with the Brand Team, this role helps analyze performance, develop strategic plans, create promotional materials, organize events, and generate insights to identify new business opportunities in a dynamic, science-driven environment. - Analyze information from market reports, sales and insights to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate competitive activities, strategies and performance, generating recommendations for decision making.
- Manage and follow internal processes related to marketing activities, ensuring deadlines and procedures are met.
