ROLE PURPOSE We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cost related aspects of construction and real estate development projects, from initial feasibility through to final account. This role requires a strong understanding of the Nigerian construction market, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work across multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BoQ), and tender documentation for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-in-use analyses to support investment decisions.
