- Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and detailed cost plans.
- Conduct cost analysis and advise on cost-effective designs and materials.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditure, and provide regular cost reports.
- Prepare and review contract documents and subcontractor agreements.
- Manage variations, claims, disputes, and contractual matters.
- Assess cost implications of design changes and additional works.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities executed.
- Monitor project performance and identify potential cost overruns.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors. Section: Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
