Job Description
- Monitor project costs and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Supervise construction projects from planning stage to completion.
- Coordinate contractors, artisans, vendors, and suppliers on project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor daily project activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Track project progress and prepare weekly / monthly reports for Management.
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage on site.
- Review contractor quotations and negotiate project pricing where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
