About the Role Alpha Mead Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs related to construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across its real estate portfolio. The role ensures projects are delivered within budget while upholding quality and compliance. What You'll Do
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for construction and facility improvement projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies for proposed real estate developments and facility upgrades.
- Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate pricing to achieve cost efficiency.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and subcontractors.
- Prepare interim valuations, variation claims, and final accounts.
