About this role
Flint Labs is building a high-performance on-chain DEX on Solana. Recently, we shipped our first product: a plug-and-quote path into Solana's order flow, the highest-volume, most active in DeFi. Makers bring their pricing and risk logic; Flint handles the rest. The production MVPs for spot, borrow/lend and perps are underway, and early team members will define core architecture and protocol design. The company is fully backed by Ergonia, a crypto-native market-making firm with deep experience trading and building on Solana. We are starting from a deliberately minimal core and iterating rapidly toward a full-featured mainnet exchange. This is a high-ownership role building production systems under aggressive timelines.
