The Quality Technician supports the Regional Quality Engineer (RQE) in ensuring the quality and reliability of Jaza's hardware systems by assisting with troubleshooting, field modifications, experiments, and addressing hardware defects in the field. This role executes tasks assigned by the RQE, helping to maintain field operations, reduce defects, and provide feedback to Engineering for continuous improvement.
