About the Role The QA Technician I routinely performs assignments in support of Anthony International’s Quality System requirements through all phases of design and manufacture to ensure compliance with blueprint and/or documented process control requirements. What You'll Do
- Conduct First Article, In-process and Final inspections on Anthony manufactured products in accordance with blueprints, specifications, verbal direction and process control instructions.
- Generate and revise inspection plans and process control plans.
- Identify critical processes within manufacturing, implement process controls and monitor process to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Collect data and analyze for trends and root causes of deficiencies.
- Generate reports/charts, publish and post in process areas.
