About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Quality Supervisor to lead our quality team in a fast-paced, Just-In-Time / Just-In-Sequence production environment. In this role, you’ll oversee quality processes on the production floor, coach and support team members, and drive quality improvements. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the quality team on the production floor in a Just-In-Time/Just-In-Sequence environment.
- Oversee quality processes to ensure product conformity, detect deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Coach, develop, and motivate staff; promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to address quality issues and drive root-cause analysis.
