About the Role The Quality Supervisor oversees daily quality and laboratory functions within Kerry's dry-blend manufacturing environment. The role includes supervising quality staff, managing testing procedures, maintaining product specifications, and supporting food safety programs such as HACCP and GFSI to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do
- Supervise Quality Department staff, including scheduling, training, and performance development.
- Oversee laboratory testing of raw materials and dry-blend finished products; conduct investigations and support method development.
- Communicate quality issues to operations and leadership; assist in troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate testing records and support LIMS/SAP data entry.
- Manage and update product and raw material specifications.
