Location: Seward, NE
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Implement and maintain food safety and quality systems to ensure products meet all specifications, food safety certification standards, and regulatory standards; support and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Supervisor, develop and mentor Quality Technicians, including scheduling, training, assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving problems
- Ensure personnel comply with plant and corporate procedures, SOPs, GMPs, company safety policies, and OSHA regulations; provide training as necessary
- Create and maintain product testing specifications and SOPs within the Quality Management System
